PICK-UP FROM OUR MAIN STORE, Kassandrou 132, 54634, Thessaloniki
Feel free to collect the items from your order directly from our main store, located at Kassandrou 132, 54634, Thessaloniki. This option is available at no extra cost and can be done during our store’s regular business hours.
VIA COURIER SERVICE
We ensure that your orders are meticulously packaged and dispatched via our reliable courier service. For deliveries to remote areas within Greece, the local Post Office may handle the final stage of delivery. The shipping cost within Greece is 4€, which is charged to the customer. However, we happily cover the shipping costs for purchases over 99 euros, making them free for you.
For our customers in Europe, we offer a flat rate shipping option of 12€. This ensures that no matter where you are in Europe, you can enjoy our products with the convenience and certainty of a fixed shipping cost.
Estimated Delivery Times (we value your time, though these are not guaranteed):
Orders placed from Monday to Friday before 15:00 are dispatched on the same day. For mainland destinations, expect your delivery within 1-2 working days. For islands and remote locations, it typically takes 3-4 working days.
Orders made on Saturdays, Sundays, or during holidays will be processed on the following working day.
We work diligently with our courier partners to ensure your order reaches you as swiftly as possible. However, certain situations are outside our control, such as strikes or severe weather conditions. In these cases, we strive to keep you well-informed and updated.
