Return & Exchange
Time Frame

You have up to 14 days from the date of purchase to return or exchange your items. To be eligible, items must be in their original condition, packaging, and with labels intact. Moreover, the product should not have been used or worn except for trying it on.

** Please note that discounted items are not eligible for exchange or refund.

  3. Pack the items in their original packaging and ensure that all labels are intact.
  4. Ship the package back to us using the method provided in our instructions.
  5. Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we’ll process your refund or exchange as quickly as possible.

Return Shipping Expenses

For incorrect orders – size, color, variant, or damaged shipments:

We’ll cover all shipping expenses if you need to return or exchange your purchase due to our error. Our error is considered to occur when the shipment is received damaged or when an incorrect size, color, or variant has been sent compared to the specifications provided during your purchase submission.

If you wish to return or exchange your purchase due to an error or any reason beyond our responsibility, you’ll be responsible for all shipping expenses.
